The ICMRAA₂ was founded by Pandit Dr Sadanand Mankar JP (Nirmalanand) B.Sc. MCM Ph.D.(Management) Ph.D.(Music) Sangeetacharya.

The ICMRAA₂ was started in 1999 and offically registered on the 15th of June 2006 in Australia. The aim of the ICMRAA₂ is to respect and follow the teachings of H. H. Adishakti Shri Mataji Nirmaladevi in order to increase the appreciation of Indian classical music and to use ragas to help deepen and spread Shri Mataji Nirmaladevi's meditation to the rest of the world. World peace begins with inner peace .

Pandit Dr Sadanand Mankar JP (Nirmalanand) Ph.D. Sangeetacharya was born in a family of Saint Namdeva shimpi-bhajan singers and Indian (Natak) drama-artists. Sadanand's father Shri Ganpati Vishnu Mankar was a drama artist. When he left the Natak- Drama Company he became a tailor as source of income and he established Shri Krishna Bhajani Mandal and devoted his life to bhajan singing. Sadanand used to accompany on the Pakhawaj/tabla for his father's bhajans. Having studied Indian classical music in a disciplined and devoted manner following the ancient principle of Guru Shishya Parampara since the tender age of five, he was blessed to learn under the guidance of many renowned Gurus, such as Vedasampanna kai.Pt. Gajanan Bakhare, Kai.Pt. Anandbuva Limaye (Kolhapur), Pt Shrikrishna -Babanrao Haldankar (Mumbai)(Gandabandhan), Ustad H. Sayeeduddin Dagar-Dhrupad exponent, Darbargavai Kai.Pt. Nilkanthbuva Chikhalikar, Kai.Pt Ramesh Abhyankar (Mumbai), Pracharya Pt. Arun Jere (Disciple of Kai.Pt. Sudhakarbuva Digrajkar), Prof Pt. Arun M. Kulkarni, Dr. Bharati Vaishampayan (MA Music Dept Shivaji University), Kai.Pt Dr. Arun Apte ( CEO Late PK Salve International Art Academy), Prakash Patil and Tabla-Ustad Amod Dandge. Sadanand has completed Sangeet Visharad, Sangeet Bhushan, Sangeet Parangat, Sangeetacharya -Doctorate in Indian Classical Music (Gayanacharya-Vocal) from 100 year old Government Recognised Devgandharv- Bhaskarbuva's Bharat Gayan Samaj in Pune. He also holds a M.A. Music(Vocal) and Ph.D.(AM-Music Th.)=Vidhya-Vachaspati and has a number of awards. He is also a life member of the Akhil Bhartiya Gandharv Mahavidhayala (music board-India). In his youth he completed B.Sc. (Electronic Eng.), Master of Computer Management, Ph.D.(Management)became a member of the Australian Institute of Management, a Senior member of the Australian Computer Society and a Senior life member of CSI. He also worked on a number of projects, supercomputer high level jobs as a top level manager. Now it is his intense personal desire and promise to those

Who passed this pure knowledge of ragas on to him, to increase the appreciation of Indian classical music, and use ragas help deepen and spread Shri Mataji Nirmaladevi's meditation to the rest of the world. He has devoted his life to his guru H. H. Adishakti Shri Mataji Nirmaladevi since 1989. He uses the name Nirmalanand in Indian Classical music.
